How to make tiki treat cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 hurricane glasses
equipment food processor, straws
crushed ice
1 ripe mango, peeled and stoned, plus extra slices to decorate
6 coconut chunks
2 measures coconut cream
4 measures aged rum
2 dashes lemon juice
2 teaspoons caster sugar
Method:
Put a small scoop of crushed ice with all the other ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to 2 hurricane glasses, decorate with mango slices and serve with long straws.
For a Serenade, put some ice in a food processor, add 2 measures of white rum, 1 measure of Amaretto di Saronno, 1 measure of coconut cream and 4 measures of pineapple juice. Whiz until blended and pour into 2 highball glasses over ice.
