How to make after dark crush cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 highball glasses
equipment straws, cocktail sticks
crushed ice
4 measures Barbadian rum
1 measure Koko Kanu (coconut rum)
1 measure vanilla syrup
2 measures coconut cream
soda water, to top up
maraschino cherries, to decorate
Method:
Fill 2 highball glasses with crushed ice, then add, one by one in order, the two rums, vanilla syrup and coconut cream.
Stir and top up with soda water. Add more ice, decorate with cherries and serve with long straws.
For an El Dorado, put 2 measures of white rum, 2 measures of advocaat and 2 measures of white crème de cacao in a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake well, then strain over ice into 2 chilled martini glasses. To serve, decorate with a sprinkling of grated coconut.
