Mint sauce

How to make mint sauce recipe - for variation. Use raspberry vinegar instead of white wine vinegar. sauce à la menthe recette

Serves 4

Ingredients:
handful of fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
1–2 tsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp white wine vinegar

Method:
1 Put the mint in a serving bowl and add the sugar and vinegar. Set aside to infuse for 10 minutes.

2 Stir well to make sure the sugar has dissolved, then taste and adjust, adding more sugar or vinegar, if needed. Serve with lamb.
