How to make Turkey, chile, and cashew stir-fry recipe

In a wok over low heat, stir-fry a bunch of scallions, sliced, in a drizzle of sesame oil for 5 minutes. Slice 2 large skinless turkey breast cutlets about 7oz (200g)
each.
Stir-fry in the oil with the scallions until no longer pink. Add 3 sliced garlic cloves and 2 red and 1 green seeded and shredded fresh chiles.
Continue to stir-fry for another 10 minutes, then add a handful of raw cashew nuts and a splash of soy sauce, and toss the turkey well.
Serve immediately with a splash of sweet chile sauce and some fluffy rice.
