How to make Beef, arugula, and radish arecipe
Put a couple of handfuls of wild arugula leaves on a plate, then top with slices of leftover beef. Slice 3–4 radishes thinly, and sprinkle these over the beef. Drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar, and the juice of ½ an orange. Season, and serve immediately.
