How to make Pollo Burger Recipe - Preparation time: 20 min, Cook 5 min
Serve: 4 Burger
Ingredients:
4 buns
400 g veal (loin)
200 g mushrooms Paris
50 g raw ham
1/2 onion
2 tsp. chopped basil
1 pinch of Espelette pepper or cayenne
2 pinches of dried oregano
1 tsp. tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper
Assembly:
4 tbsp. tablespoons of homemade tomato sauce
2 tomatoes
200g mascarpone gorgonzola
2 lettuce hearts to serve
of olive oil
Method:
Prepare patties. Mix the veal with mushrooms and sliced ham, onion, finely chopped, basil, pepper and oregano.
Make 4 balls and flatten. In a skillet, grill patties in olive oil. Warm.
Cut each roll in half, spread a little house on the bottom half of bread with tomato sauce. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
Place 1 layer of tomato sauce on top and place the cake still warm calf. Cut the Gorgonzola into small pieces and put on cakes: cheese will melt slowly. Add one layer of crushed tomatoes and close to the top of the bread.
Serve with the heart of lettuce sprinkled with a dash of olive oil
