How to make Roast Pork Burger Recipe - Preparation time: 20 min, Cook 5 min
Serve: 4 Burgers
Ingredients:
4 burger buns full
400 g roast pork baked sliced
1 onion
2 tsp. of mustard
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. tablespoons cornstarch
1 sprig of thyme
1 tsp. tablespoons olive oil
4 slices of cheese based old guy breaded or Emmental
Assembly:
4 tbsp. of mayonnaise mustard sauce
200g baby spinach
chips beet and parsnips to serve
Method:
Prepare your patties. Mix the sliced roast pork with finely chopped onion, mustard, egg yolk, corn flour and thyme leaves.
Leaving you 30 minutes in the refrigerator and then form 4 patties. Heat oil in a pan and roast the pellets very quickly on each side, flattening them slightly. Add a slice of cheese on each patty.
Cut the rolls in half, form each burger: on each half bread, spread a little mayo-mustard sauce, have the baby spinach, place 1 patty, add 1 slice of cheese and cover with a another half a loaf.
Serve with vegetable chips and eat immediately.
