Ingredients:
8 oz (227ml) apple juice
½ cup (170g) chopped kale, no stems
½ cup (170g) spinach
½ banana
1 tbsp (14g) grated ginger
3 oz (85g) frozen mango
3 oz (85g) ice
1 orange slice, for garnish
Method:
Load the blender in order of softness: liquids first to frozen ingredients last. In this order add the apple juice, kale, spinach, banana, ginger, frozen mango and ice. Once all the ingredients are loaded, blend until smooth. Garnish with an orange slice.
