Ingredients:
8 oz (220ml) milk or almond milk
2 tbsp (16g) vanilla whey protein
1 to 2 tbsp (11 to 22g) peanut butter
1 tbsp (16ml) Sriracha
3 oz (85g) frozen banana
3 oz (85g) ice
Method:
Load the blender in order of softness: liquids first to frozen ingredients last. In this order add the milk, vanilla whey protein, peanut butter, Sriracha, frozen banana and ice. Once all the ingredients are loaded, blend until smooth.
