Sauteed Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 cup Green beans, blanched
1 cup Zucchini, cut in 2-inch (5 cm) sticks
1 cup Red bell pepper, julienned
1 cup Yellow bell pepper, julienned
To taste Salt and white pepper
Method:
Heat the oil in a sauté pan over medium heat. Add the vegetables and sauté until heated through, but not brown.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
