Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, peeled and thinly sliced
225g/8oz/2 cups blueberries
175g/6oz/1 cup soft cheese, e.g. quark
4 slices sourdough bread
1 tbsp runny honey
Method:
1 Mix the fruits and soft cheese in a bowl.
2 Toast the bread, spread with the blueberry mixture. Drizzle with honey and serve.
