Ingredients:
4 burger buns
Lettuce
2 teaspoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
Cucumber, thinly sliced
300 grams chicken fillet, divided into 4 parts
100 milliliters fresh milk
2 eggs, beaten
5 tablespoons corn flakes, coarse mashed
5 tablespoons plain flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon margarine
Method:
1. Add salt and pepper to chicken fillet. Dip chicken fillet into milk and then into eggs. Cover it with bread crumbs and corn flakes.
2. Heat margarine in skillet. Stir in chicken fillet, then fry over medium heat until lightly browned or cooked thoroughly. Remove and set aside on paper towels or a wire rack to drain excess oil. Serve with bread, mayonnaise, burger sauce, cucumber, and green salad
