Ingredients:
4 burger buns
1 teaspoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
Cucumber, thinly sliced
Burger:
300 grams chicken fillet
100 grams mozzarella cheese, finely sliced
5 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tablespoon margarine
Seasoning:
3 teaspoons minced garlic
3 teaspoons minced onion
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper powder
Method:
1. Burger: With a food processor make a puree consisting of chicken fillet, bread crumbs, and seasonings. Add mozzarella cheese and egg. Mix until well blended. Form dough into a rounded and flattened shape.
2. Heat margarine and oil. Fry burgers until cooked. Spread burger buns with margarine and sauces. Layer burger with mayonnaise, tomatoes, and cucumber
