How to make Mexican marshmallow mocha recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 toddy glasses
4 teaspoons cocoa powder, plus extra to decorate
2 measures KahlĂșa coffee liqueur
7 measures hot filter coffee
mini marshmallows
whipped cream
Method:
Put 2 teaspoons cocoa powder into each toddy glass, add the KahlĂșa and coffee and stir until mixed.
Drop in the mini marshmallows and float the cream on top. Decorate with cocoa powder and serve.
For an Irish Coffee, warm hot toddy glasses and add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 measure of Irish whiskey to each one. Fill the glasses two-thirds full with hot filter coffee and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Float lightly whipped double cream over the top, pouring it over the back of a cold spoon. Decorate with coffee granules, if liked.
