How to make early night cocktail recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 toddy glasses
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 measures clear honey
2 measures whisky
4 measures boiling water
2 measures ginger wine
lemon slices, to decorate
Method:
Put the lemon juice and honey into 2 toddy glasses and stir well. Add the whisky and continue stirring. Stir in the boiling water, then add the ginger wine.
Decorate each glass with lemon slices. Serve at once and drink while still hot.
For an Aberdeen Angus, to serve 1, warm 1 measure of Drambuie. Pour it into a ladle and ignite. When the flames have died down, add it to a mug containing 1 measure of Scotch whisky, 1 teaspoon of clear honey and 2 teaspoons of lime juice and stir well.
