How to make Graham Slam Recipe
Ingredients:
Simple syrup (optional)
Graham cracker crumbs, for garnishing rim (optional)
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
2 graham cracker squares (preferably cinnamon-coated)
1 1⁄2 ounces bourbon
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Milk, if needed
Method:
If desired, wet the rim of a cocktail glass with simple syrup and dip it into a plate of graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.
Combine the ice cream, graham cracker squares, bourbon, and cinnamon, if desired, in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds.
Add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. (Add a little milk if the ice cream is too hard.) Pour into the cocktail glass.
