How to make batida maracuja cocktail recipe

Ingredients:
glasses 2 highball glasses
equipment cocktail shaker, straws
4 measures cachaça
4 passion fruit, cut in half and the pulp squeezed out
2 measures sugar syrup
2 measures lemon juice
ice cubes, plus crushed ice to serve
lemon slices, to decorate
Method:
Put the cachaça, passion fruit pulp, sugar syrup and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and add some ice cubes.
Shake and strain into 2 highball glasses filled with crushed ice. Decorate with slices of lemon and serve with long straws.
For a Caipirinha, the best-known Brazilian cocktail, and another cachaça concoction, muddle 4 lime wedges in each old-fashioned glass with a couple of teaspoons of cane sugar. Top with crushed ice and 2 measures of cachaça.
