Ingredients:
1 piece (1/2 inch, or 1 cm) fresh ginger
1 medium yam
3 pitted medjool dates
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
2 teaspoons (10 g) maca powder
1 cup (235 ml) unsweetened almond milk
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch ground cloves
pinch ground nutmeg
pinch ground cardamom
Method:
Pass the ginger and yam through a juicer.
