How to make Super Duck Burger Recipe
Ingredients:
4 buns cereal
to duck
300 g of duck Aiguilettes
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tsp. coffee Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. tablespoons olive oil

Assembly:
4 tbsp. tablespoons mayonnaise
4 slices of fresh goat cheese
1 curly lettuce to serve
Mix all the ingredients of the "duck" list. Make 4 balls and flatten slightly. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a soup pan and grill the patties. Book.
In the same skillet, saute mushrooms and onion finely chopped, add the sauce and sugar, salt and pepper and simmer until there is no more juice.
Cut rolls in half and heat in the oven 3 minutes. Spread on each bread bottom half, 1 tablespoon of mayo sauce and place on top of one cake duck and 1 slice of fresh goat cheese, and finally distribute the mushrooms and close burgers.
Serve with a little curly seasoned with soy vinaigrette.
