How to make Homemade Chicken Burger Recipe - Preparation 25 min, Cooking 10 min
Serve: 4 Burger
Ingredients:
4 hamburger buns
For schnitzel:
2 cutlets or chicken breasts very tender
1 egg
1 tsp. coffee paprika.
1 pinch of Espelette
2-3 drops of Tabasco
100 g of corn flakes
1 sprig of thyme or 1 tsp. Coffee dried thyme or tarragon
1 tsp. tablespoons olive oil
For the creamy sauce:
1 Greek yoghurt
1 tsp. Coffee mustard
1/2 bunch of chives
2 spring onions or chives
For assembly:
4 slices of bacon or bacon
4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
4 slices and parmesan
1 handful of alfalfa sprouts
salt and pepper
Method:
Cut your chicken breasts in half height. Arrange on a work plan then cover with plastic wrap and flatten with a meat tenderizer or a spoon, pat it.
Beat the egg, add the paprika, Espelette pepper and Tabasco you. Salt and pepper. Dip the chicken in spicy omelette. In another shallow dish, pour the crushed corn flakes and thyme, add the chicken breasts coated omelette, chicken dip again in the egg and then back into the breadcrumbs.
In a hot pan, add olive oil and brown the chicken on each side,
In a bowl, mix yogurt and mustard. Salt and pepper then add the chopped chives and sliced chives (in keeping a little for final assembly).
Heat the buns in the oven 5 minutes. Meanwhile, toast the slices of bacon in the pan still hot cooked chicken.
Assemble the burgers: Spread the sauce over the bread, add 1 sheet of Batavia, the still hot chicken breast 1 slice toasted smoke, one piece of parmesan, a few slices of onions and finally the bread. Serve you burger with alfalfa.
