4 burger buns
200 g carrots
100 g red pepper
6 radishes
3 lemons
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp chopped mint
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
2 large lettuce leaves
250 g of fresh goat cheese
170 g tuna

Method:
In a bowl, mix the goat cheese with chopped garlic, herbs and juice of 2 lemons.
Peel the carrots and cut them into strips. Wash the other vegetables and cut radishes into thin slices, pepper diced into pieces and salad. Crumble the tuna and squeeze the juice of the remaining lemon.
Separate buns in half, then pass them in the toaster. Garnish funds salad, carrots and radishes. Add a thick layer of cream cheese, and spread over the tuna.
