How to make Black Bean, Jicama, and Corn Relish Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup Red onion, 1/4 inch (.6 cm) dice
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 cup Corn kernels (2 ears, on the cob) roasted
1 cup Jícama, peeled, 1/4 inch (.6 cm) dice
1 Serrano chile, seeded, minced
1/3 cup Black beans, cooked
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1/4 cup Olive oil
To taste Salt and black pepper
Method:
Combine all ingredients and let flavors develop 1 hour.
