Sizzler Cheese Toast

How to make Sizzler Cheese Toast Recipe -  Texas toast is another popular item on the menu at many steakhouses, and the addition of cheese makes it even better.

SERVES 6–8

Ingredients:
1 pound slightly softened butter
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Sliced Italian bread
In a small bowl, cream together the butter and cheese with a fork.

Method:
Preheat a griddle or large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Spread the cheese mixture on bread slices about ¼" thick.

Place the bread cheese-side down on a griddle.

Cook until the cheese has browned.
