Ingredients:

½ cup brown rice flour
½ cup coconut flakes
½ cup coconut oil, melted
½ cup golden raisins
½ cup raisins
½ cup tapioca flour
1 ½ cups coconut milk
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs

Directions:
1. Mix the flours, coconut flakes, salt and baking powder in a
container.

2. Stir in the remaining ingredients and stir for a few seconds to
mix.
3. Fold in the golden raisins.
4. Spoon the batter in a small loaf pan coated with baking paper.
5. Pre-heat the oven and bake at 350F for about half an hour.
6. Let cool in the pan then serve, sliced.
