Makes 175g/6oz
Ingredients:
150g/5oz/1 cup icing (confectioner’s) sugar, sifted
5 tsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp milk
a few drops of vanilla extract
Method:
1 Put the sugar in a bowl and beat in the oil, milk and vanilla extract until smooth.
2 This is enough to cover the top and sides of an 18cm/7in cake.
