Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 red chilli, seeded and roughly chopped
grated zest and juice of 1 lime
1 small bunch of fresh coriander (cilantro)
125g/4oz/½ cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
Method:
1 Blitz all the ingredients in a blender. Spoon into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator.
