Makes 24
Ingredients:
24 cocktail blinis
8 tbsp half-fat crème fraîche
125g/4oz thinly sliced smoked salmon
juice of 1 lemon
4 tbsp snipped fresh chives
Method:
1 Top the blinis with the crème fraîche. Cut the salmon into smaller pieces and place on top. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
2 Sprinkle the salmon blinis with some chopped chives and serve immediately.
