Serves 4
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado, peeled, stoned and diced
2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
½ red onion, diced
1 green chilli, seeded and chopped
juice of 1 lemon
4 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
Method:
1 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, then cover and chill in the refrigerator until required.
