Serves 2
Ingredients:
2 oranges, peeled
50g/2oz/½ cup cranberries
50g/2oz/½ cup raspberries
1 tsp runny honey (optional)
Method:
1 Chop the orange flesh and blitz in a blender with the cranberries and raspberries until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey and pour into two glasses.
