Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados, peeled, stoned and mashed
2 small tomatoes, seeded and chopped
juice of 2 limes
2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
salt and ground black pepper
Method:
1 In a bowl, mix together the mashed avocado, tomatoes, lime juice and coriander. Season to taste. Chill in the refrigerator.
