Ingredients:
2 oranges, peeled and cut into segments
1 mango, peeled, stoned and chopped
450g/1lb fresh pineapple, peeled and diced
225g/8oz/2 cups blueberries
½ Charentais or Galia melon, cubed
grated zest and juice of 2 oranges
Method:
1 Put all the fruit in a bowl with the orange zest and juice. Mix together and serve.
