Ingredients:
2 tbsp extra light mayonnaise
2 tbsp green pesto
2 ripe avocados, halved, stoned, peeled and cubed
4 sunblush tomatoes, sliced
340g/12oz cooked pasta shapes
salt and ground black pepper
fresh basil leaves to garnish
Method:
1 In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the pesto, avocado cubes and tomatoes.
2 Put the pasta in a large bowl and stir in the mayonnaise mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3 Scatter the salad with basil and serve.
