How to make Sisig puso ng saging Recipe - You can serve this dish on a sizzling plate also and top it with toasted garlic. By Gene Gonzales
Ingredients:
1 tsp. garlic, minced
2 tbsp. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 cup shrimps, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup pork, sliced
1 cup puso ng saging, sliced
2 tbsp. fish sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp. black pepper
pinch sugar
Method:
1. Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add shrimps, pork and puso ng saging (banana heart).
2. Stir for few minutes then add the fish sauce.
3. Let it boil. Add vinegar and black pepper. Do not stir.
4. Add a pinch of sugar. Simmer to cook.
