How to make Sibuyas na puti recipe - "onion crab fat salad" This side dish can accompany all types of broiled dishes.
Ingredients:
1 cup white onions, julienned
2 tbsp. taba ng talangka (crab fat)
1/2 tsp. calamansi juice
1/4 tsp. sugar
Method:
1. Soak julienned white onions for 2 hours. Change water and soak for another 2 hours.
2. Drain and pat on paper towels.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
