How to make Adobong paa ng manok sa gata Recipe - chicken feet in coconut cream. By Gene Gonzales
Ingredients:
4 pcs. paa ng manok (chicken feet)
2 cloves garlic
2 ginger
2 onions
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 cup gata (coconut cream)
1/2 cup lemongrass
Method:
1. Boil chicken feet. Set aside.
2. Sauté garlic, ginger, and onions in oil.
3. Add chicken feet.
4. Put vinegar, gata and lemongrass. Simmer until chicken feet are tender and have absorbed the coconut cream.
