Ingredients:
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
1 ounce vanilla vodka
1⁄2 ounce Cherry Heering
1 tablespoon black cherry marmalade
Ground nutmeg, for garnish

Method:
Combine the ice cream, vodka, Cherry Heering, and marmalade in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with nutmeg.

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:
1 ounce cognac
1⁄2 ounce Frangelico
1⁄2 ounce Godiva chocolate liqueur
2 tablespoons Nutella
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
Milk, if needed
Sliced fruit and berries of your choice, for serving

Method:
Combine the cognac, Frangelico, chocolate liqueur, Nutella, and ice cream in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds.

Add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. (If the mixture is too thick in the blender, add a little milk to thin it.) Pour into two small cocktail glasses. Serve with sliced fruit and berries.

Ingredients:
Chocolate syrup
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
4 Oreo cookies, plus 1 for garnish
1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream

Method:
Swirl the chocolate syrup around the sides of a Hurricane glass or other tall glass.

Mash the brownie in the bottom of a rocks glass. Combine the ice cream, Baileys, and vodka in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add a few cubes of ice and blend until smooth. Pour on top of the mashed brownie and serve with a spoon.
