Ingredients:
4 cups muesli or granola
12 strawberries, washed, hulled, and quartered
1/2 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and chopped
2 cups plain Greek-style yogurt
Method:
In eight 8-ounce glasses, layer a couple of tablespoons each of muesli, then fruit, then yogurt. Repeat until full, ending with a dollop of yogurt. Optional: Substitute chopped clementine segments for the pineapple.
