How to make Salted Caramel Smoothie Recipe - One of my all-time favorite flavors is caramel! I love its natural fusion of maple and sugar and its sweet, syrupy consistency. Traditional caramel is derived from browned sugar and dairy milk, but you’ll be amazed by how similar in flavor a combination of lucuma powder and fresh dates can be. This smoothie is utterly sensual. It’s an absolute treat after dinner or a wonderfully healthy way to trick your kids into having a healthy breakfast. It also makes the most amazing ice cream. Just throw the entire smoothie recipe into your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer’s directions or freeze in ice cube trays and push them through a masticating juicer. Either way, you’ll end up with a bowl full of creamy decadence no one would ever suspect to be dairy-free!
