How to make Pink Flamingo Ice Recipe
Ingredients:
4 ounces ruby red grapefruit juice
1 1⁄2 ounces X-Rated liqueur (a mango, passion fruit, and blood
orange liqueur)
1⁄2 ounce Aperol (an Italian bitters similar to Campari, but much milder)
1⁄2 ounce simple syrup
Small grapefruit wedge, for garnish
Method:
Combine the grapefruit juice, X-Rated liqueur, Aperol, and simple syrup in a blender with 5 or 6 ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with the grapefruit wedge.
