How to make Mexican Limelight Coffee Recipe - Mexico grows coffee, makes tequila, and produces agave nectar. Mix the three with lime, and you have a beverage that has a lower glycaemic index than a drink sweetened with sugar. Choose a dark agave for a more caramelized taste.
