Ingredients:
glasses 2 highball glasses
ice cubes
1½ measures tequila
1½ measures Kahlúa coffee liqueur
2½ measures single cream
7 measures cola
drinking chocolate powder, to decorate
Method:
Put 4–6 ice cubes in 2 highball glasses. Pour in the tequila, Kahlúa and cream, then top up with the cola.
Stir gently, sprinkle with drinking chocolate powder and serve.
For a Brave Bull, which packs more of a punch, fill an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes, then add equal measures of tequila and Kahlúa.
