How to make Green Eyed Lady Recipe
Makes 1 to 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 1⁄2 cups fresh honeydew melon chunks
4 ounces fresh sour
1 ounce absinthe (or pastis)
1 ounce Midori
1 or 2 small honeydew melon wedges, for garnish
Method:
Combine the melon, fresh sour, absinthe, and Midori in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add about 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a melon wedge.
