Frozen White Russian
Ingredients:
1 soft brownie
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
1 ounce vanilla vodka
Method:
Mash the brownie in the bottom of a rocks glass. Combine the ice cream, Baileys, and vodka in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add a few cubes of ice and blend until smooth. Pour on top of the mashed brownie and serve with a spoon.
