How to make Frozen Peach Julep Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ounces bourbon
1 1⁄2 ounces white peach syrup (such as Monin)
2 or 3 mint leaves
1⁄2 cup fresh peaches, peeled and chopped (optional)
Dash of fresh lemon juice
Mint sprig, for garnish
Method:
Combine the bourbon, white peach syrup, mint leaves, and peaches, if desired, and lemon juice in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add about 1 cup of ice and blend with 5 to 7 ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with the mint sprig.
