How to make fifth avenue recipe

Ingredients:
glasses 2 shot glasses
equipment bar spoon
2 measures brown crème de cacao
2 measures apricot brandy
2 measures single cream
Method:
Pour the crème de cacao into 2 straight-sided shot glasses.
Using the back of a bar spoon, slowly float the apricot brandy over the crème de cacao. Pour the cream over the apricot brandy in the same way.
For an Angel’s Kiss, layer the ingredients in each glass in the same way by pouring them over a bar spoon: start with ½ measure of crème de cacao, then ½ measure of brandy and finally some lightly whipped double cream.
