How to make cowgirl recipe
makes 2
Ingredients:
glasses 2 shot glasses
equipment bar spoon
2 measures chilled peach schnapps
1 measure Bailey’s Irish Cream
peach wedges
Method:
Pour the chilled schnapps into 2 shot glasses, then, using the back of a bar spoon, slowly float the Bailey’s on top.
Place a peach wedge on the rim of each glass, to be eaten after the shot has been drunk.
For a Cowboy, use butterscotch schnapps instead of the peach and serve without the peach wedges.
