How to make Brazilian Pepper Crush Recipe
Ingredients:
2 ounces cachaça
2 ounces fresh sour
1 tablespoon jalapeño-orange marmalade (or other marmalade
or jam with jalapeños)
2 kumquats
Splash of grenadine
1 fresh jalapeño, sliced, for garnish (optional)
Method:
Combine the cachaça, fresh sour, marmalade, 1 of the kumquats, and grenadine in a blender on high for 10 seconds.
Add 5 to 7 ice cubes and blend until smooth. Pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with the sliced jalapeño and the remaining kumquat.
