Yield: approximately one 24-ounce (700 ml) smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup (145 g) fresh or frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon (9 g) goji powder
1 heaping teaspoon orange zest
6 to 10 fresh mint leaves (to taste)
3 pitted medjool dates
1 1/2 cups (355 ml) coconut or unsweetened almond milk
4 to 6 ice cubes (if using fresh strawberries)

Method:
In a blender, combine the strawberries, goji powder, orange zest, mint, dates, coconut or almond milk, and ice (if using fresh strawberries).

Blend on high for 20 seconds or until smooth.

Transfer to a large glass. enjoy immediately and sip slowly.
