How to make Bangkok Banana Freeze Recipe
Ingredients:
1⁄2 banana, peeled
2 to 3 ounces light cream or milk
1 1⁄2 ounces reposado tequila
1 ounce sweetened condensed milk
1⁄2 teaspoon sweetened cocoa powder, plus extra for garnish
1⁄4 teaspoon curry powder
1⁄4 teaspoon ground cardamom, plus extra for garnish
Method:
Combine the banana, cream, tequila, condensed milk, cocoa powder, curry, and cardamom in a blender and blend for about 5 seconds. Add about a half cup of ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cardamom and cocoa.
