How to make Anytime Nog Recipe - Most people think of nog as a drink reserved for the winter holidays. I beg to differ! This exotically scented concoction inspires those warm, fuzzy feelings through any season and for any reason. Warm, spicy nutmeg is mildly mood enhancing and pleasantly nostalgic. I love to drink this nog alongside my morning chia seed porridge or even as an afternoon snack. It instantly transports me to those places where my warmest, coziest memories reside.
Yield: approximately one 12-ounce (355 ml) nog
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups (285 ml) unsweetened almond milk
2 tablespoons (30 g) lucuma powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons (15 g) hemp seeds
2 tablespoons (40 g) maple syrup
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Method:
in a blender, combine all the ingredients.
